Chinese food enjoys high reputation in the world due to its abundance and exquisite, delicious taste and charming appearance.China is justifiably famous for its claim as home to the most popular cuisine in the world.With different regions, produce, climate, historical condition and food and drink customs, Chinese cuisine has gradully built up a wide range of unique local and specialized dishes and local flavor refreshments to endless charm.

No other people take their food as seriously as Chinese.Chinese food has high request in the color, aroma, and flavor, no matter in the north or in the south. For Chinese, food shall satisfy not only the tongue and the appetite but also the eyes, the nose, the imagination, the mind and the soul.Delicious and nutritious food has been regarded the basics of ordinary life.

In a nutshell, there are eight schools of cuisine, which are popularly known as the 'ninth art'.These include food from Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, Anhui and Fujian. Chinese cuisine has a long history and is famous worldwide for its rich flavor and delightful colors. The difference in local climate, history and eating customs in each region has produced local dishes and snacks with their own characteristics and specialty.

There are three principal regional cuisine familiar to experienced visitors.Firstly, there are the hot and spicy chili dishes from Sichuan Then comes the northern style cuisine, which uses steamed bread and pancakes in lieu of rice, and preserved vegetables such as salted, pickled cabbage for freezing winters. And finally, there is the southern style cooking, which involves light stir-fry dishes made from a vast array of ingredients that include pork, seafood and chicken.

As an essential factor of a kickshaw, fragrant aroma will certainly stimulate one's appetite. The main ingredients that contribute to a mouthwatering aroma are scallion, fresh ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Besides, wine, aniseed, stick cinnamon, pepper, and sesame oil also function. Soy sauce and sugar, vinegar and other seasonings can also be used to add richness to a course without covering up the natural flavor of the ingredients.
